A former LibertyCenter resident, now living in Toledo, has been bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury on a felony-one charge of Rape.  22 year old Chad Pultz waived his preliminary hearing on the sexual assault that allegedly occurred about two weeks, involving a juvenile victim.  Pultz was ordered to have no contact with the victim; and to stay away from LibertyCenter high school.   He is being held on electronic monitoring; and the court ordered Pultz have no contact with females under the age of 18.

And in Fulton County Court, 25 year old Juan Rocha of Napoleon pled guilty to two counts of Trafficking in Cocaine.  On two separate occasions in January of this year, Rocha sold cocaine at a business on Fulton Street in Wauseon.  Juan Rocha was sentenced to 18 months in prison, and his driver’s license was suspended.
