It’s a step-by-step process in the LibertyCenter school district, as they seek to bring a new school facility to their community.   Residents approved the new school with their support in a levy.   But that does not exactly set the construction in motion yet.   School officials met with representatives in Chicago to help improve the district bond rating, in order to make those bonds more attractive.   LibertyCenter’s community support, and the positive financial standing of the school are big factors in drawing the better rating.   The next step is finding a buyer for those bonds.
