Following a second public hearing on a proposed expansion project on the north side of Napoleon, the Henry County Commissioners have authorized a request for a direct loan that would go to the Petro Truck Stop.   The application will be made in the state community development block grant program for $469,800, at 3% interest.  These funds would help Petro to make site improvements and add equipment for their truck service facility, which is a 1.75 million dollar expansion project.           Another $130,550 will be provided to the Petro project from the local Revolving Loan program, in the form of a grant, to be utilized for infrastructure improvements.   Those improvements could also benefit any future companies locating in that area north of the Napoleon bypass.
