HENRY COUNTY TO CONTINUE DELIVERING MEALS ON WHEELS TO SENIOR CITIZENS

Despite rumors floating around northwest Ohio, the Henry County Senior Center will continue to deliver ‘meals on wheels’.Senior Center director Penni Bostelman stated the deliveries would continue, until they are ordered by the state to cease.There are also drive-up options for residents 60 and over to receive a meal; but a 24 hour notice is needed, along with some information being provided.Contact the Henry County Senior Center for more details at 599-5515.All meals are a suggested donation of $3.Henry County was forced to implement some safety guidelines for drivers; but the meals are still being delivered.There are some limited numbers that can be added to the more than 220 daily meal deliveries, so contact the senior center for details.
