The Henry County Sheriff’s office made an arrest on Monday, when 38 year old Brian Rausch of Liberty Center was charged with Assault. Rausch was taken into custody on road T near Liberty Center at 5:20 last evening. He was transported to the regional jail.
Napoleon Police arrested 32 year old Ryan Sexton of Napoleon on a warrant from Municipal Court. Sexton was picked-up at 3:42pm Monday on Glenwood Avenue.
And an injury accident was investigated at Riverview and Scott Street just after 1:30pm yesterday. 29 year old Michaela Seibel of Napoleon was injured in the collision, and cited for Assured Clear Distance.
