'Juice' Director Reveals Shocking Alternate Ending To Film

Juice is celebrating its 25th anniversary and director Ernest R. Dickerson revealed the alternate ending to the film. At the end of Juice, Q (Omar Epps) is holding onto Bishop (Tupac Shakur) who is dangling off the top of a  building after going on a murder spree. In the alternate ending, Bishop lets go of Q's hand, taking his own life so he wouldn't go to prison.

Test audiences did not like the original ending, and the studio was forced to change it so Q was the one who let go of Bishop's hand, putting the good guy on top. The filmmakers defended their original version but the studio said they would not market the film if they did not change it.
