#BOOZE | Women are drinking more than MEN during the pandemic!

When the pandemic hit, people stuck at home sometimes passed the time with a drink.

Or two, or four.

Not only have many states deemed liquor stores “essential services” allowed to remain open, but some states now even allow alcohol take-away and delivery. But with the pandemic dragging on, it’s becoming a real problem for many drinkers.

Women in particular have been impacted, with their “heavy drinking” increasing 41 percent, vs 7 percent in men, according to a recent study.
