When it comes to dating, honesty and confidence are the way to go.

On the December 6 episode of the I Do, Part 2 podcast, Jana Kramer pondered about the "biggest lie" told on dating apps, and Jennie Garth quickly responded with her take, which is when guys are "wearing a ball cap in every picture" to hide a receding hairline.

While noting there's nothing wrong with a man being bald, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum said it's more about being confident in yourself, saying, "Natural, comfortable in your own skin is the right message to put out to people."

It's not just the men who fib certain details on profiles, either, as the co-hosts called out women who use so many filters on photos that they look very different in real life. Kramer recalled talking to her ex-husband about how he's been handling the dating world and how prevalent the problem has become.

"He was like women filter themselves so much with their photos, too, that when you meet them, you're like, that is not what they look like," she said, admitting that she also used to play around with filters before realizing the impact it could have on her daughter. "I'm like, why am I doing this filter when this is not what my nose looks like or this is not what I look like? I wouldn't want my daughter to do this."

Hosted by Garth and Kramer as well as Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes, I Do, Part 2 shares how finding love again after heartbreak is possible. According to the podcast description: "Everyone has baggage, but you're not bringing it on this trip. Second Times The Charm. I Do, Part Two... where finding love is the main objective."

In another recent episode of the podcast, Robach shared the best advice Holmes gave her about men that "changed everything." Follow along with new episodes the I Do, Part 2 podcast or catch up on what you've missed at iHeart.com.
