A Napoleon man was sentenced to prison after his conviction in a rape case from Henry County Common Pleas Court. 35 year old Christopher M. Domer of Napoleon entered a Guilty plea to the Felony 1 Count of Rape; and was sentenced by Judge Amy Rosebrook to a minimum of 8 years in prison, up to a maximum sentence of 12 years behind bars. Christopher Domer was also classified as a Tier-3 sex offender, which will require him to report his address to local law officers for the rest of his life, once released from prison.
The sexual assault occurred in July of last year in Napoleon, and involved a victim under the age of 13.
