The Henry County Grand Jury indicted 11 persons after cases were presented by Prosecuting Attorney, Gwen Howe-Gebers. The indictments include:
32 year old Ross W. Honigford, Cloverdale- indicted for Telecommunications Harassment, and Trespassing in a Habitation where a person was likely to be present.
44 year old James Delarber, New Bavaria- indicted for 3 counts of Domestic Violence, 3 counts of Violating a Protection Order, Having Weapons while under Disability, Intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case.
68 year old Ronald Flowers, Deshler- indicted for Endangering Children, and two misdemeanor counts of Endangering Children.
30 year old Zachary Minnich of Napoleon- indicted for Burglary, and misdemeanor Theft.
19 year old Keenan Tremaine of Delta- indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs.
40 year old Earnest Ferguson of Napoleon- indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, with a specification to forfeit money, Obstructing Official Business, and a Right of Way or Stop Sign violation.
63 year old Dion Dix Williams, Napoleon- indicted for Domestic Violence, Endangering Children, Resisting Arrest.
61 year old Ruben Ybarra of Defiance- indicted for Aggravated Possession of Drugs, and Tampering with Evidence.
71 year old Andrew Castaneda of Napoleon- indicted on two counts of Assault, and Aggravated Menacing.
28 year old Draven C. Potts of Oakwood- indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs.
and 40 year old Jamar Finch of Toledo- indicted for Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs, and for Trafficking in Cocaine.
